1. Who you're buying from

This shop is owned and run by Fredrickus Cross, a sole trader based in the United States.

2. What you're buying

Every product is a digital woodworking plan delivered as a PDF — architectural diagrams, a cut/materials list and step-by-step building instructions. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.

3. How ordering & payment work

Orders are placed by email rather than through an automatic checkout. You choose the plans you'd like and send us your order (the basket's “Email my order” button fills this in for you). We reply with a secure payment link, and once payment is received we email your PDF. Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page and are never collected or stored by this website.

4. Your licence to use the plan

• You may build the project as many times as you like, for yourself or for paying clients.
• You may sell the finished structures you build from the plan.
• You may not copy, share, resell, lend or republish the plan file or its drawings, in whole or in part.

5. Build safely

Plans are provided for general guidance. You are responsible for working safely, using appropriate tools and protective equipment, and for checking and following any local building codes, permits and HOA rules that apply to your project.

6. Prices & taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The amount on your payment link is the amount you pay; any applicable taxes are shown there before you confirm.

7. Delivery & refunds

8. Disclaimer & liability

Plans are prepared with care and offered in good faith, but results depend on your materials, tools and workmanship, so no specific outcome is guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights that can't be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.

Fredrickus Cross collects only what's needed to take your order and send your plans.

The shop at fredrickuscross.site is run by Fredrickus Cross, the data controller for the information described here.

2. What we collect

• Information you send us: your name, email address and the plans you'd like, when you email an order or message us.
• Payment information: handled entirely by our payment provider through the secure link. We're told a payment succeeded, but your full card number is never sent to or stored by this website.
• Basic technical information our host may process to keep the site running and secure.

3. How we use it

To prepare your order, send your payment link and PDF, answer questions, keep required records and prevent fraud. We don't sell your information and don't send marketing unless you ask.

4. Who we share it with

Our payment provider (to take payment), our email and hosting providers (to deliver your plans and run the site), and authorities only where legally required.

5. Cookies

Only what's essential. Your basket is kept in your browser during your visit and isn't shared with us until you email your order.

6. Retention & your rights

We keep order records only as long as needed for support and legal duties. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information; customers in the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have these rights and more. Just email us.

7. Children & security

This shop is intended for adults and we don't knowingly collect data from children under 16. Payments run over encrypted connections, and we take reasonable steps to protect the limited information we hold.

Fredrickus Cross sells woodworking and build plans as downloadable PDF files. No physical goods, no postage, no shipping fees.

How delivery works

• You send your order by email (or tap “Email my order” in the basket).
• We reply with a secure payment link for the plans you chose.
• Once your payment is received, we email your PDF to download and keep.

How long it takes

Orders are handled personally, so please allow up to 24 hours — most go out within a few hours. In a hurry? Say so in your email and we'll do our best.

Format & what you need

Plans are standard PDFs that open on phones, tablets and computers with any free PDF reader, and print cleanly on Letter or A4. Measurements are in imperial units with US lumber sizes.

If your plan doesn't arrive

Check your spam folder and the email address you used. If it still hasn't arrived, email fredrickuscross.site@proton.me and we'll re-send it promptly.

We want you genuinely happy with your plans. Please read this alongside our Terms.

The nature of digital goods

Plans are delivered as digital files. Once a plan has been emailed and downloaded it can't be “returned” like a physical item, so as a general rule all sales are final once the PDF has been sent.

When we'll always make it right

That doesn't stop us looking after you. We'll gladly fix or refund if:

• you were charged the wrong amount or charged twice;
• your file won't open or is corrupted and we can't resolve it;
• you were sent the wrong plan;
• you never received your plan; or
• you change your mind before we've sent the file — just let us know.

How to ask

Email fredrickuscross.site@proton.me with your name and a short note. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider; timing depends on your bank.

Chargebacks & your rights

If something seems wrong, please contact us first — we can usually fix it faster than a chargeback. Nothing in this policy affects consumer rights that can't legally be waived.
