What you actually get
Each plan is a properly laid-out, printable PDF — written so a confident DIYer can follow it from first cut to finished build.
Measured, to-scale drawings — elevations and key details — so you know exactly what goes where.
Every board, fastener and quantity, in US lumber sizes, so you can shop in one trip.
Clear, numbered steps with assembly illustrations and a tool list, plus tips for the tricky parts.
After payment, your printable PDF is emailed straight to you — yours to keep and reference on site.
The maker
Fredrickus Cross is a one-person workshop in Antioch, Tennessee, drawing practical build plans for the kind of projects weekend builders actually want to make.
I draw every project, build it in the shop or the yard, then turn it into a plan a careful beginner can follow — measured to scale, with a real cut list and the small notes that save you a second trip to the lumber yard.
Plans use imperial measurements and US lumber sizes. Built something from one of mine? I'd love to see it — write any time at fredrickuscross.site@proton.me.

As a PDF emailed to you once your payment has gone through — usually within a few hours, and always within a day. There's nothing physical to ship.
Standard PDFs that open on any device and print on Letter or A4. Measurements are imperial (inches/feet) with US lumber sizes.
Each plan shows an honest difficulty level, and every PDF lists the tools required. Beginner plans stick to basic cuts and common power tools.
Yes — build the project for yourself or for paying clients, and sell the finished structures. Please don't resell, share or republish the plan file itself.
Plans are a building guide, not engineering or code approval. Always check local codes, permits and any HOA rules for your project — requirements vary by location.
Because plans are instant digital files, sales are generally final once the PDF has been sent. That said, if you're charged incorrectly, can't open your file, or receive the wrong plan, email me and I'll put it right. Full details in the refund policy.

Orders are placed by email rather than through an automatic checkout. You choose the plans you'd like and send us your order (the basket's “Email my order” button fills this in for you). Plans are provided for general guidance. You are responsible for working safely, using appropriate tools and protective equipment, and for checking and following any local building codes, permits and HOA rules that apply to your project.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The amount on your payment link is the amount you pay; any applicable taxes are shown there before you confirm.
Plans are delivered digitally — see the Delivery and Refund policies for details.
